12 weeks to go

Afternoon all,

12 weeks to go is all we have until my little angel is due to come into the world, and i cant believe how quick the whole time has gone. It is amazing. She thinks my belly is a kick bag as thats all she seems to do now, but i love that feeling, it lets me know that i do really have something/someone growing inside me.

I have been feeling a bit low the past couple of days though, i think it is because we dont have long until i have to go through labour, speaking to a couple of girls over on docrafts what i am feeling is completly natural, which i guessed that was the case anyway. Its still worrying though because i suffered with depression a few years back i worry that the black cloud will come back and haunt me.

We have finally picked out the pram, and I cant wait to order that, which i must do this week as its in a sale and the offer ends the end of the month.



well i think i better get on with some work...lol

Good Morning

Hi all,

Well i thought i would just do a waffle post this morning, i cant seem to get on docrafts and i miss saying hi on there...lol

Well baby is getting bigger everyday, and she is becoming more and more fidgety. Her kicks are being felt more now, not by me, but can be felt by others too :) Its all so exciting, i cant believe i only have 13 weeks left until my little one comes :).
We seem to have the majority of the bits we need, cot bed will be brought when i want it (my dad is buying that) and the pram should be the end of this month (Darrens mum and dad are buying that). My mum brought us the moses basket which is so pretty - Thanks Mum, that's without all the other bits she keeps buying.
We have been very lucky, both families want to help all they can which takes the strain financially off of us.

Asda had a baby event a couple of weeks ago, and i managed to get quite a lot from there for fraction of price - eg, car seat for £25.00 which was normally £100.00 else where. So a big touch :)

Only 11 more weeks at work, yet i have so much to do still, and so much i need to show the bosses. We have been so busy though that i haven't had five minutes to sit down and say to them this needs to be done on this day, blah blah blah.
Oh well, not a lot i can do about that.

Well, i guess i better get on with work, i have got Friday off so going down the housing, and out to buy bits for the baby shower i am having on 21st March, all so exciting:)

Wow - I won some candy :)

Afternoon all,

I have been the bad blogger again i know :(
so sorry, but things just get on top of you and you dont get time for anything, let alone crafting.

I was reading blogs that i follow earlier, and i was reading this one here where they was saying they couldnt believe it is feb aleady. Whilst scrolling down it said about 1st of month and blog candy time, as i looked down there was my name - wow i have never won anything in my life, i am so excited.

New scan piccie

Hey all,

Well yesterday i had to go back to the hospital to have another scan, cos as you may recall Daisy-Ann wouldnt turn for love nor money so the sonographer could see her face. So we go in for a early appointment this morning, and scanner goes on my belly and what can we see? her spine again...lol She was sound asleep. After putting me on my side and a bit of prodding, she turned to us and gave a big almighty yawn, wow such an amazing thing to watch on a screen. :)

Here is the scan piccie, wont be no more now til my growth check on the 7th April, boo hoo :(

Meet Daisy-Ann

Hey all,

Well i went for my 2nd scan yesterday and we found out that we are having a little girl.



She wouldnt play game though and didnt want to turn so the lady could measure her face. Which means i have got to go back again monday for another scan, not that i am complaining as i get to see her again :)

She weighs 1lb and 5oz already, and apparently that is right for her age, ooo its all so exciting, in 4 months time she will be here in my arms.
